TR,i successfully completed this tenant finish renovation, providing Kind Goods Dispensary with a premier home in the endcap of an existing inline building, boasting excellent visibility from Interstate 270 in Maryland Heights, Missouri. The cannabis retailer was delivered a brand-new location complete with a “deli-style” sales floor and showroom, secure entry and delivery zones, high-security storage, and fully operational back-of-house spaces. Our comprehensive services included complete building facade improvements, space planning, interior tenant finish, construction documentation, and navigating municipal approvals. To maintain brand consistency, the detailing of the exterior facade and interiors was meticulously modeled incorporating the client’s signature design elements.
