Project Summary
Kind Goods expanded its footprint in Affton, Missouri, by converting an existing high-volume building located in the 9 Mile Garden development—one of the region’s pioneering food truck plazas. TR,i transformed the existing building to accommodate the retailer’s signature “deli-style” sales floor and showroom. The redesign seamlessly balances public and private operations by adding secure entry and delivery zones, high-security storage, and efficient back-of-house spaces. To bring the project to life, TR,i handled everything from facade branding renovations and interior space planning to construction documentation and municipal approvals. Maintaining brand consistency, the detailing of the exterior facade and interior was meticulously modeled incorporating the client’s signature design elements.
