Project Summary
Fifteen years ago, TR,i completed the original St. Charles Automotive Hyundai building which has been called “The best stand-alone Hyundai facility in the U.S.” by National Hyundai representatives. This original “exemplary architecture” was in need of an update to match the new Hyundai branding prototype which Hyundai claims this dealership remains one of their architecturally sophisticated facilities. Keeping the building’s Cornerstone Tower Element with its high visibility to millions of people from the adjacent interstate I-70, TR,i added a 9,300 sf of additional service lane, service bays and a new car delivery area. The renovation included updates throughout the interior showroom, sales and service areas, and the customer lounges enhancing the complete customer experience.
