Clement Service Center

Project Summary

Clement Automotive Group partnered with TR,i to provide architectural design services for their new service center located in St. Charles, Missouri along Veterans Memorial Parkway east of Cave Springs Road. With high visibility facing Interstate 70 to the north, the facade of the 70,000 sf building features painted tilt-up concrete panels accented with black and red metal panels with a continuous glazed storefront. The building holds 17,000 sf of office space with the bulk of the building containing a body shop and a 28 bay service center. Also included are wet and dry detail centers, an undercoat room, parts storage, tool storage, and a photo booth.
