Project Summary
TR,i provided complete renovations to the existing approximately 21,000 sf KIA dealership. The scope of work for this project included a 10,000 sf expansion in to the adjacent vacant tenant space and a 2,500 sf Service Reception building addition. Complete renovation of the exterior building facade included a new entry element and raised showroom curtainwall. Included in the expansion area are a new car wash and 6 detail bays.
