Project Summary
Located north of I-64 at the Southeast corner of the North Outer 40 Road and Boones Crossing Road intersection in Chesterfield, Missouri this project will provide additional medical office and an outpatient surgery center for the area which will complement the other two medical office buildings at the high profile highway interchange.
This Medical Office building incorporates a shared visitor entry lobby and a first-floor surgery center tenant, and the second floor will occupy medical office space. The project utilizes horizontal planes, masses, and glass to express a unique identity. Projected wall fins and canopies are utilized at the main building entries to provide ease of identification to the public and to articulate the wall
surface.
