The O’Fallon Township High School (OTHS) is renovating and expanding its current Media Center in two phases over the 2008 and 2009 summer breaks. The completed expansion will provide students four computer labs and a 28 open computer reference area. Upon the completion of Phase II, students will have at their disposal, three small group enclosed study rooms for project collaboration or group studies.

The new “Instructional Media Center” expands the previous Media Center area by approximately 35%, but more importantly creates a 21st century Resource Center. New finishes, lighting and furnishings complete the upgrades in this new bright, attractive and functional layout. The relocated and refurbished staff areas will greatly improve supervision and security, and also enable library staff to provide enhanced assistance to the students.
