Designed to compliment the residential and commercial neighborhoods that animate Winghaven Lifeworks Community’s concept of live, learn, work, play, the architecture is based on a “village” concept, utilizing a blend of traditional elements found throughout the adjacent residential neighborhood. The single-story structure, which blends a multi-contoured standing seam metal and shingle roof, is enhanced by twin towers.
