Designed with ultimate flexibility, the off airport parking facility can be expanded vertically.  Conversely, it was also designed to shrink in size.  Since a portion of the property is a long-term ground lease, the owner wanted the ability to remove that portion of the building - in the event he couldn’t renew his lease in the future.
