St. Louis Kaplan Feldman Holocaust Museum

Project Summary

The St. Louis Kaplan Feldman Holocaust Museum is commemorating its 25th year with the building of a new world-class facility that will triple the existing space. In addition to a new space to display exhibitions from the Museum’s and others collections, this educational space engages with students and the community through lectures, films, and other events. Through an addition to their existing two story office building, the museum is marked with a new symbolic facade and entry facing the high traffic of Lindbergh Blvd. in St. Louis County. Elements of the fully accessible renovation include first floor office and museum spaces while the addition includes a multi-purpose room with support spaces and lower level exhibit and library spaces. The Holocaust Museum & Learning Center is one of just 22 Holocaust Museums in the United States and serves as a one of a kind regional facility inspiring dialogue and positive change.
