FSD-Fox Service Center

Project Summary

Phase I of this renovation project collocated the Fox C-6 School District’s administration services and early childhood programs into a single facility in a former commercial facility.  Upgraded HVAC, electrical and plumbing utilities were required for the new functions within the 81,000 s.f. building.  The Don Earl Early Childhood Learning Center has a student capacity of 200 children and provides diagnostic testing for the district.  Administration Services includes the James R. Bryant Facilities Management Department and Martin Mall Transportation Department.  These areas include office spaces for the staff, boardroom, maintenance, transportation, and food service departments, and district supply warehouse.  At the center of the building is the Roy Wilde Conference Center, a public multipurpose meeting space for 300 people.  Phase II will be completed through a future bond issue.
