Missouri University of Science and Technology

The proposed multi-tenant office building has been designed for flexibility, durability and value. The single story building will have approximately 22,750 gross square feet of area. There will be approximately 22,340 rentable square foot and 21,270 square feet of usable office area.

 

The building draws inspiration from a fundamental element of science and engineering, creating a dynamic form utilizing “force” to push and pull three sections of the floor plate. The lobby extends through the building binding the form and expressing the building entries. The lobby offers the opportunity to introduce natural light to the interior of the building via continuous clerestory glass on the north side of the lobby.

 

The 3.34 acre site has been designed to effectively facilitate the buildings purpose as a multi-tenant office building.
